I Came in Like a Wreaking Ball!
The Wreaker of Havoc is coming once again. Why? To soak the earth with the blood of bosses, pile up hundreds of corpses, and make you all go berserk… In other words - he’s here so you can have some fun. ;)
*The event will show up as a quest called “I Came in Like a Wreaking Ball”
The motto of the Wreaker is “Faster, better, cheaper!” - at least as far as slaying monsters goes. He’ll come to help you in your everyday struggles or preparations for boss fights. He’ll offer cheaper entry items, talk to some of his friends so they give you more tasks in a row, and also set bait for monsters.
What can you expect?
- Some tasks for instance entry items will not have a cooldown or will be easier to hand in.
- Free, cheaper, and/or refundable entry to some bosses.
- Dynamic event in the Castle Grounds.
- Bosses spawning in open maps.
- The ability to summon Vorlings using any combination of runes.
However, there’s a catch - the Wreaker wants the blood of monsters to flow like a river in front of him. That’s why some conditions apply when using his services. As soon as he shows up, talk to him to learn more about the activities available. ;)
We have made some changes to the event this time around:
- Increased the cap of Crampons and Rings of Transportation when buying them from the Wreaker - players will not be able to buy more only if they have at least 3 in the backpack.
- Added an option for a cheaper Time Sliver - it’ll be cheaper by the Emperors cost but only in relation to the highest standard price.
- Changed the cost of Selena parts - the Wreaker will now require 20 of any Enormous Flasks instead of 2 of specific ones.
- Added Angvalf-Htaga's Heart as a lootable item in the Angvalf-Htaga instance - for every 5 Hearts, the Wreaker will refund a random rune to the player.
- Changed the way random runes are taken - this will be done through dialogue with the Sarcophagus in the standard instance. Due to this, the Wreaker has been removed from the Harblud Courtyard as he was only needed to transport players to a special instance.
- Added an option that will refund part of the cost for entering Ivravul to players below level 110 - after defeating the boss, players will receive a Medium Flask.
- Increased the respawn rate of the Tiger and Elemental Specters.
- Replaced the Wreaker events for the Greater Hawk and Wendigo with an increased spawn rate of these bosses in open areas.
- Increased the level cap for cheaper Alkazaar’s Keys - the option will be available up to level 110.
- Added the Wreaker to the Mountainside.
- Other fixes to mechanics and dialogues.
Good luck! For Taern!
