Greetings, Taernians!
The next edition of TaernCon is quickly approaching! In July, you’ll be able to meet your friends from the server as well as the devs and there’ll be many thrilling activities waiting for you. You’ll be able to show your prowess in the PvP tournament, check your knowledge about Broken Ranks in the trivia contest, and amaze everyone with your creativity during the cosplay competition. Interested? We certainly hope so, because we have even more items on our agenda. Please note that the event will be in Polish only. Read on!
Where and when?
The event will take place on July 5th in Czasoprzestrzeń in Wrocław (Tramwajowa Street 1-3).
The registration form will be shared in one of the later posts. During TaernCon 2024 we broke the participation numbers record. We hope that, with your help, this year we’ll break it again.
Cosplay Competition
Competition for the title of the best cosplayer has been with us since the first TaernCon. We would like to encourage everyone to dress as their favorite class, character, or boss. Or perhaps you’d rather show us the gear your character wields in the game? Every year, you amaze us with your creativity and we hope you won’t fail us this time. ;) Take up duct tape, thread, and scissors and see you on the stage!
Apart from the admiration of the jury and the ovation of the participants, cosplayers will also get some precious rewards.
Trivia
Do you know everything about the mechanics of the game, can list the names of all the rares, and are a true loremaster? If so, you should definitely take part in the trivia about Broken Ranks! Everyone with a smartphone will be able to participate in round one and those scoring the most points will advance to round two which will happen on stage. The best loremasters of Taern will, of course, be given precious rewards, too.
PvP Tournament
We also have something for those who want to prove their mettle in the game - 1v1 fights on stage. The PvP tournament has been with us for only two TaernCons, but ever since the beginning it was one of the most anticipated items on the agenda. We’re sure that this year the room will be boiling with emotions and cheering.
Q&A Session
Our founding fathers, Drygu, Torgerd, and Pan Tomek, will once again be caught in the crossfire of questions during the Q&A session. You’ll be able to ask them about the plans for the future of Broken Ranks, complain about in-game issues, and suggest new ideas and improvements.
Food and drinks
Having fun makes you hungry but you’ll be able to fill your stomachs at our well-supplied food trucks. We’ll also have some alchemists brewing various potions ;)

Of course, this isn’t everything we have planned for you, but we’ll elaborate more in future articles. Gather a party and prepare for amazing fun! See you on July 5th!
