Greetings, Taernians!
The main element of the update are new weapon skins that you can buy in the Premium Store. Make sure to check them out, because you may find something to your liking! We also have a handful of balance changes and bugfixes mostly related to the Ragebar, so be sure to read the list below.
New features:
- New skins available permanently in the Premium Store: Sunclaw (one-handed sword), Pestilence (two-handed sword), Fearven (bow), Phantom Blades (knuckledusters), Scepter of Dawn (one-handed hammer), Starmote (two-handed hammer), Radiance (one-handed axe), Soulreaper (two-handed axe), Ice Whisper (staff), Shield of Daybreak (shield).
Changes:
- Decreased the HP of mobs at Tarul (except for the bosses and their entourage) to about +10% when compared to the pre-Ragebar numbers (previously +15-20%).
- Increased attribute and HP scaling of pets due to the increase in the difficulty of mobs introduced with the Ragebar.
- The following effects will no longer work against Unleash Rage: Chance to dodge, Chance to reduce damage, Dodges, Shield Block.
- Decreased the scaling of resource regeneration of Recovery.
- Unleash Rage will now be affected by Fire Mage’s Incantation.
- Valdarog will now drop every type of Major Flask but the maximum number of flasks in loot will still be 2-5 (depending on the Path).
- Changes to Hvar - significantly decreased the droprate of Major Flasks from Torched Zealot in both difficulty levels, removed psychoexperience from the upper path on the Path of Challenge.
- Increased the availability of Journeyman Glyphs - added to the loot of Ivravul on the Path of Challenge, increased the chance to drop from Morana and Lugus, increased the chance to drop from Mahet and Tarul while decreasing the droprate of Essences.
- Changes to the Under Ice instances on the Path of Discovery - decreased the entry cost from 5 to 2 Bottles of Booze, added a green area at the beginning of the instance and the possibility to summon pets with the Pet Shops service active (by speaking with the portal), made the instance easier to accommodate players in the dedicated level range: lowered the levels of some abilities and the frequency of some attacks, lowered the attributes of mobs and their numbers and/or changed mob party compositions.
- Weekly challenges - changes to the number of bosses on the Path of Challenge needed to complete the challenge. At 140: increase - Selena, Admiral, Hvar, decrease - Tit, Ivravul, Morana, and Lugus. At 126-139: increase - Hvar, decrease - Ivravul. The changes will become visible in the challenges generated after the update, the current ones will remain unchanged.
- Weekly challenges - changes to the number of actions needed to complete some weekly challenges for Voodoo, Knight, Barbarian, and Sheed. The changes will become visible in the challenges generated after the update, the current ones will remain unchanged.
