PTR - Patch 9.54.0.1

The below changelog contains changes and new features implemented after the previous PTR session. It doesn’t include all of the changes planned for the next update and the final list may be significantly different. If you spot any bugs related to the listed mechanics, please report them on the appropriate channel on Discord.

Class balance

  • Restored the previous duration of buffs for all classes. Breath Control and Sacrifice also had their durations extended at lower skill levels.
  • Intelligence - decreased requirements and removed the effects of character and skill level on the difficulty of buffs. All skills will now have a constant AP requirement to be cast at 100%. This requirement can be lowered by investing in Intelligence. In addition to that, having more Intelligence will extend the duration of buffs (if they have a duration) or empower their effects (if they have no duration). More details can be found in the table below:

  • Dispel and Shadow Shield - decreased difficulty.
  • Calculated Strike and Shield Bash - changes to their effects and values.

  • Sacrifice and Power of Unity - Knight’s level no longer affects the attributes bonus, adjusted the values of the bonus.

  • Thick Skin - increased the amount of resistances granted.

  • Added Shield Bash to the pool of skills excluded by Sidraga and chosen by Gorag on Morana.
  • Added Front Kick to the pool of skills chosen by Gorag on Morana.

Miscellaneous:

  • Changed the way challenges are rerolled - the rerolled challenge will be moved to the end of the queue and it won’t be possible to get it again until the challenge pool is exhausted or a challenge is completed. However, the cost of rerolling will increase with subsequent rerolls.
  • Decreased the cost of rerolling challenges at lower character levels.
  • Added skill and attribute reset subscriptions that allow players to reset without any additional cost for some time. It can be bought from the Premium Store.
  • Added a safeguard against accidentally exiting instances with no return - if a player wants to leave it and the boss or elite hasn’t been defeated, they’ll get a confirmation message.
  • New instance entry UI.
  • Mantis and Tiger - all paths: changed the respawn location after dying on the boss to inside the instance, limited wandering around the corridors (after 3 unsuccessful attempts to go to the lower level, the way down will now be guaranteed), Paths of Challenge and Discovery: decreased the difficulty of the instance, Paths of Discovery and Adventure - increased experience gains.
  • Changed the way progress is displayed in the dynamic event Morana's Courtyard - the progress bar will now reflect the Gate’s remaining hit points.
  • Changed the Legend creation process - unified daimonite (replaced legendary daimonite with normal one), added the display of all gathering stages.
  • Added an alternative to dragging and dropping items onto the character in the equipment screen to use them (e.g. Teleportation Scrolls) - clicking RMB will now give the same outcome.
  • Increased the number of free friends list slots to 20 and decreased the cost of buying more slots to 2 platinum.
  • Made the messages about accepting and rejecting a friend invite different.
  • Changed the icons of attack zones and resistances to make them easier to tell apart.
  • Increased the area around the skill wheel in combat where clicking doesn’t cause the wheel to close.
  • Added the display of player position in achievement rankings if they are not in the top10.
  • Added the possibility to check the availability of a nick without the need to have enough platinum to change it.
  • Made it possible to complete an exchange via a dialog option if a player is overencumbered before it but they wouldn’t be after.
  • Added the name of Hvar’s Wastelands to the world map.
  • Adjusted the descriptions of class skills.
  • Fixed various bugs occurring during the previous PTR session.
