Transfers between servers - rules and requesting
Dear players,
The long-awaited transfers from Thalia to Wyvern and from Pavar to Naravar were implemented with the Community Update. Right now, you must be wondering how to request a transfer and how it will look. Read on to find out!
At the start, let’s do a quick reminder of the things you can take with you:
- A maximum of three characters level 50+ can be transferred:
- one main character - together with equipped gear as well as gear, items, and resources in the backpack
- up to two alts - only equipped gear will be transferred, backpack and resources will not.
- characters can only take bound gear with them. When transferring undamaged gear, it’ll become bound to the character. Damaged gear cannot be transferred.
- Any number of items up to the capacity of the backpack of the main character can be transferred (deposits will not be transferred) - this means that if a player wants to take with them items or gear belonging to other characters (other than the equipped gear), they need to place them in the backpack of the main character. Drifs and orbs will be treated as normal items and can be transferred in the backpack even if unbound.
- The amount of resources without a weight that can be transferred depends on the main character level (ranges: 50-75 / 76-100 / 101-125 / 126-140):
- gold: 10/20/30/60kk,
- platinum (in total in any form): 4/6/10/15k,
- emperors: 200/300/400/700,
- ducats: 200/200/1500/8000,
- shards: 1500 (no matter the level)
- Level, stats, achievements, completed quests and other character parameters will remain as they are, same for ongoing quests and legend progression.
- Pets will be transferred.
- Timed premium services (premium account, marketplace, pet shops, alt bonus) - a maximum of 90 days will be transferred.
- All other services that you can buy with platinum and don't have weight (friend slots, deposit sizes, skins, avatar options) will be transferred with you.
- Daily and weekly challenge progress will be transferred.
- Guilds will not be transferred.
- Mailbox will not be transferred.
And here are the rules on what characters are eligible for the transfer:
- Only characters created before the start of the survey (April, 26th 2024) will be eligible for the transfer.
- Transfer requests can only be made within 6 months of this announcement. After this time, only accounts that were inactive when this option was introduced can request a transfer.
- The main character cannot have the weekly challenge reward and PvP buff that increase backpack size.
WARNING! Using mules (characters transferred with someone else's things) is strictly forbidden! If this rule is broken, all players involved will face consequences.
How to request a transfer?
- First, you need to prepare your characters according to the rules above, i.e. have no damaged gear in the backpack, do not exceed the maximum number of resources, have no weekly backpack buff. If your characters don’t meet the requirements at the moment of the transfer, the transfer will be cancelled.
- Create a ticket in our support system choosing the subject “Character transfer Broken Ranks”. In the ticket, you need to provide the names of up to three characters with clear indication which one is the main one and which one is the alt. If you don’t have a support account, please create one using the same email as in the game. Otherwise, further verification may be required.
- Wait for the ticket to be resolved. We’d like to immediately inform you that the wait time might be long at first due to the expected high number of tickets. With time, we hope to complete each transfer within 7 days.
- If the characters meet all the criteria, the transfer will succeed and you’ll be able to play on the target server. If that’s not the case, the person handling the ticket will inform you what you need to fix.
